SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after your order has been shipped.
Tracking Your Order

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, and shipping carrier information. We encourage all customers to track their packages and contact the shipping carrier directly if there are concerns about delivery.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at stoneops@proton.me with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or refund.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
