RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns

We want you to love your purchase from Love Pink Girls. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached.

Due to the intimate nature of some of our products, certain items including lingerie, hosiery, and personal wellness items are final sale for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at stoneops@proton.me with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for your preferred item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at stoneops@proton.me with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
